Softball Recap: Freeman Takes a Loss

Freeman fell victim to Alcester-Hudson and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 6-0 to the Cubs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cubs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 back in March.

Freeman's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Alcester-Hudson, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 11-1.

Freeman does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Alcester-Hudson, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Vermillion at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
