After a string of four wins, Horicon's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They took a 56-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dodgeland Trojans. The Marshmen were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Trojans apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Horicon's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Dodgeland, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 11-2.

Horicon will take on Central Wisconsin Christian at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Horicon is facing Central Wisconsin Christian at the right time seeing as Central Wisconsin Christian is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Dodgeland, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 52-40 victory against St. Lawrence Seminary on the 18th.
