Parkway South entered their tilt with Clayton on Monday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They snuck past the Clayton Greyhounds with a 62-57 victory. This was a revenge game for the Patriots: when they faced off against the Greyhounds back in December of 2024, they had to take a 68-65 loss.

Parkway South's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Noah Barnes, who went 7 of 9 en route to 26 points and six boards. Barnes is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 18 or more in the last 11 games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Sidwell, who went 5 for 11 on his way to 17 points and five rebounds.

Parkway South is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.7 points per game. As for Clayton, their defeat ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 11-5.

Parkway South will welcome Fort Zumwalt East at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Clayton, they will face off against Orchard Farm at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Orchard Farm will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Clayton surely won't give up without a fight.
