Volleyball Recap: Roosevelt Takes a Loss

Roosevelt lost against Ogden International back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Rough Riders might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 2-0 to Ogden International, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Rough Riders just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

While Roosevelt was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-23.

Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Ogden International, with the win, they broke their four-match losing streak and moved their record to 2-7.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Roosevelt will square off against rival Prosser at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Ogden International is set to take on their familiar foe Disney II at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
