Culbertson and Savage are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2021, but not for long. Having just played yesterday, the Culbertson Cowboys will jump right back in to play the Savage Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Culbertson is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They breezed past Lambert/Richey to the tune of 69-31. The victory continues a trend for the Cowboys in their matchups with the R&L Fusion: they've now won five in a row.

Bridger Salvevold had a dynamite game for Culbertson, going 9-for-17 en route to 19 points and five rebounds. Salvevold's afternoon made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Gavin Deen, who went 5-for-10 to rack up 13 points.

Culbertson was able to grind out a solid victory over Savage in their previous matchup two weeks ago, winning 50-40. The rematch might be a little tougher for Culbertson since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
