Basketball Game Preview: Olympic Trojans vs. Porter Ridge Pirates + How To Watch

The Olympic Trojans will venture away from home to take on the Porter Ridge Pirates at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

On Tuesday, Olympic took a blow against Butler, falling 63-31. The loss continues a trend for the Trojans in their meetings with the Bulldogs: they've now lost three in a row.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday Porter Ridge's undefeated season almost came to an end. They came within a single point of losing the streak, but they secured a 47-46 W against Hough. The 47-point effort marked the Pirates' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Olympic's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Porter Ridge, their victory bumped their record up to 5-0.

Olympic couldn't quite get it done against Porter Ridge in their previous matchup back in December of 2024 as they fell 44-37. Can the Trojans avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
