Soccer Game Preview: Bishop Union vs. Mammoth

The Bishop Union Broncos are taking a road trip to face off against the Mammoth Huskies at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bishop Union is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 5 goals per game this season.

Bishop Union is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Frazier Mountain just ended the team's six-game winning streak on Thursday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw. The result kept the Broncos happy, as they haven't lost a game since December 6, 2024.

Armando Santana and Cody Gonzalez scored both of Bishop Union's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

Meanwhile, Mammoth kept a clean sheet against Kern Valley on Thursday. They blew past the Broncs 9-0. Considering the Huskies have won four games by more than three goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Mammoth now has a winning record of 6-5-2. Bishop Union's draw makes their record 11-1-2 this season.
