Kouts won the last time they faced Lowell and things went their way on Saturday too. The Kouts Mustangs & Fillies took down the Lowell Red Devils 74-59.

Lowell lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Ryan Grskovich, who went 6-for-14 on his way to 16 points and three steals. He has become a key player for Lowell: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least 15 points, but 9-10 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Ezra Elenbaum, who went 6-for-9 to rack up 15 points.

Kouts has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record this season. Lowell's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 11-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kouts will head out to challenge River Forest at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Kouts' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five games. As for Lowell, they will face off against Rensselaer Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
