Soccer Recap: San Dimas Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for San Dimas's offense. They came up short against the Chavez Eagles on Thursday, falling 7-0.

San Dimas dropped their record down to 2-5-1 with the loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Chavez, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-2-3.

San Dimas will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Alta Loma at 3:30 p.m. on January 10, 2025. As for Chavez, they will be taking part in a tournament against Ontario Christian at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. Chavez knows how to get goals on the board -- the squad has finished with four goals or more in their past three matchups -- so hopefully Ontario Christian likes a good challenge.
