Soccer Recap: Ravenscroft Comes Up Short

Ravenscroft was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 4-1 to the Trinity Academy Tigers. While losing is never fun, Ravenscroft can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 245th, while Trinity Academy are ranked 22nd).

Ravenscroft's loss dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Trinity Academy, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 15-1.

As of now, neither Ravenscroft nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
