Football Game Preview: Otis Bulldogs vs. Fleming Wildcats

The Otis Bulldogs will take on the Fleming Wildcats on Saturday. Otis has given up an average of 28.1 points per game this season, but Saturday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Otis is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Colorado's top teams: Eads, who was ranked 17th at the time (Otis was ranked 14th). The Bulldogs blew past the Eagles 74-42 on Saturday. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Fleming was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Saturday as they fell 30-26 to Caliche. The Wildcats gained 78 more yards on the day, but it was the Buffaloes that made the best use of them.

Fleming has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season. As for Otis, they moved to 7-3 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Otis was taken down by Fleming 63-14 when the teams last played back in October of 2016. Can the Bulldogs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
