Volleyball Recap: Haines Takes a Loss

Haines was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Hoonah Braves. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Braves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 back in October.

Haines' loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Hoonah, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-9.

As of now, neither Haines nor the Braves have any future games scheduled.
