Basketball Recap: Camden County Triumphs

It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Camden County ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They secured a 50-44 W over the Gates County Red Barons. This was payback for the Bruins, who suffered a 56-53 loss the last time these two teams met.

Camden County had a senior duo take command as Xzavior Wiggins dropped a double-double on 21 points and ten boards and Brandon Pryer almost dropped a double-double on 12 points and nine rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Wiggins has scored at least a third of Camden County's points. Antwan Hughes was another key player, putting up six points and seven rebounds.
