Recap: Elkmont vs. Clements
Elkmont was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Clements Colts who were credited with the win. The Clements Colts got it done in the shootout by posting five goals to the Elkmont Red Devils' four. After a 9-1 finish the last time they played, Elkmont and Clements decided to play a little more cautiously this time around.
Elkmont's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Clements, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-5-1 record this season.
