This edition of MaxPreps High School Football Plays of the Week features a bit of everything, with an emphasis on effort.

There's a 99-yard run that doesn't seem possible, a game-winning score that involves several laterals and a truly determined never-give-in, touchdown-saving tackle. However, the nation's No. 8 rated running back MarShawn Lloyd, of DeMatha (Hyattsville, Md.), saves the best for last.

Each week through the end of December, MaxPreps hosts Steve Montoya and Chris Stonebraker offer the must see highlights from the high school gridiron.
