Mount Airy Christian Academy had won three straight home games dating back to last season and Avery Witter did her part to make it four on Thursday. Everything went Mount Airy Christian Academy's way against the Maryland School for the Deaf Orioles as Mount Airy Christian Academy made off with a 67-41 victory thanks in part to Witter, who dropped a double-double on 31 points and ten rebounds. Those 31 points gave her a new career-high.

Mount Airy Christian Academy has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-8 record this season. As for Maryland School for the Deaf, they now have a losing record at 9-10.
