Softball Recap: Rosepine Snags Fourth Victory in Last Five Games

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Rosepine had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They beat the St. Thomas Aquinas Falcons by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 6-5. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-5 on Thursday.

Rosepine has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-13 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.4 runs over those games. As for St. Thomas Aquinas, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-17.

Rosepine has already played their next game (against Sumner), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. St. Thomas Aquinas does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
