Centennial is 8-2 against Joshua since December of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Centennial Spartans will venture away from home to challenge the Joshua Owls at 6:00 p.m.

Last Tuesday, Centennial came up short against Everman and fell 47-38.

Meanwhile, Joshua didn't have too much trouble with Seguin on Tuesday as they won 54-37. The Owls pushed the score to 51-22 by the end of the third, a deficit the Cougars cut but never quite recovered from.

Centennial has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-14 record this season. As for Joshua, they now have a winning record of 14-13.

Centennial skirted past Joshua 58-55 when the teams last played back in November of 2024. Does Centennial have another victory up their sleeve, or will Joshua turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
