Volleyball Recap: Tukurngailnguq Takes a Loss

Tukurngailnguq was the 3-2 winner over Hogarth Kingeekuk Sr. Memorial when they last played one another on Friday, but their luck changed this time around. The Grizzlies fell 3-1 to the Huskies on Saturday. While the Grizzlies didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Huskies 25-10 in the first set.

Tukurngailnguq actually scored more points across those four sets (90-88), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The match finished with set scores of 10-25, 25-20, 28-26, 25-19.

Tukurngailnguq's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Hogarth Kingeekuk Sr. Memorial, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Tukurngailnguq wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Aniguiin on the 18th. Hogarth Kingeekuk Sr. Memorial does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
