Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Braden River). They blew past the Bayshore Bruins 84-62 on Thursday. The win continues a trend for the Pirates in their matchups with the Bruins: they've now won three in a row.

Leading Braden River to victory were Noah Butler and Anthony Bailey. Butler shot 75% from the field en route to 14 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals, while Bailey went 8-for-10 to rack up 19 points. Bailey is also crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Anquan Polynice, who posted 13 points and five assists.

The victory got Braden River back to even at 2-2. As for Bayshore, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.
