Baseball Recap: Marked Tree Comes Up Short

Marked Tree was the 25-0 winner over Crowley's Ridge Academy when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Indians lost 17-3 to the Falcons on Friday. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Marked Tree's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Crowley's Ridge Academy, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Coincidentally, Marked Tree and Crowley's Ridge Academy will both be playing Hillcrest the next time they take the field. The Indians will host the Screamin Eagles at 1:25 p.m. on Monday, while the Falcons will host them at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
