Softball Recap: Autaugaville Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Autaugaville fell victim to Autauga Academy and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Generals, falling 32-0. Having soared to a lofty 19 runs in the game before, the Eagles' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Autaugaville's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-5. As for Autauga Academy, the victory was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Autaugaville will take on Breakthrough Charter at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Autaugaville is facing Breakthrough Charter at the right time seeing as Breakthrough Charter is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Autauga Academy, they will welcome Billingsley at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
