Potterville hasn't had quite the year their fans were hoping for to this point, but back-to-back wins may be a sign of good things to come. They came out on top against the Webberville Spartans by a score of 39-29 on Monday. This was a revenge game for the Vikings: when they faced off against the Spartans back in January, they had to take a 51-47 defeat.

Haley Proctor and Makayla Culver certainly did their best on Monday to avoid the loss. Proctor posted six points in addition to ten rebounds and five steals, while Culver had ten points. Those five steals gave Proctor a new career-high.

Potterville's win bumped their record up to 4-16. As for Webberville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-11.

Potterville has already played their next match (against St. Patrick), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Webberville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
