Volleyball Recap: Red Bay Comes Up Short

Red Bay was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Belgreen Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, with their most recent defeat being a 2-0 loss on Saturday.

Red Bay's defeat dropped their record down to 12-17. As for Belgreen, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season.

Red Bay has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Cherokee on the 7th. Belgreen does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
