Eagleton College & Career Academy lost to Loudon back in August of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Royals came out on top against the Redskins by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Royals.

Eagleton College & Career Academy walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-16, 23-25, 25-21.

Savvy Lively paced Eagleton College & Career Academy's offense, picking up 12 kills. Lively got some help from Olivia Lowe and her 35 assists. Lowe was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Eagleton College & Career Academy's win bumped their record up to 11-12. As for Loudon, they dropped their record down to 0-5 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Eagleton College & Career Academy will square off against Hancock County at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Loudon, they will face off against Sequoyah at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
