Football Game Recap: Wellesley vs. Brookline

Wellesley got themselves on the board against Brookline on Friday, but Brookline never followed suit. Wellesley took their matchup against Brookline by a conclusive 28-0 score. The Wellesley offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

The victory bumped Wellesley's record up to 5-2. The defeat dropped Brookline's record to 2-4.

Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Wellesley take on Framingham at 1:00 PM. As for Brookline, they will face off against Natick. Brookline stagger into the contest hobbled by three consecutive losses while Natick skip in buoyed by four consecutive wins.
