Marlboro Central won the last time they faced Saugerties and things went their way on Thursday too. The Dukes were the clear victors by a 15-1 margin over the Sawyers. The result was nothing new for the Dukes, who have now won five matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Marlboro Central's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-3. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.3 runs over those games. As for Saugerties, they moved to 9-5 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.
