Softball Recap: Central A & M Raiders vs. Clinton Maroons

Central A & M scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Friday. They put the hurt on the Clinton Maroons with a sharp 16-4 win. Considering Central A & M has won six contests by more than seven runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Emma Snow was incredible, going 3-for-4 with a home run, three runs, and four RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Kylee Snearly, who went 3-for-4 with four RBI.

Central A & M has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-7 record this season. As for Clinton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-8.

Central A & M is on the road again on Saturday to play MacArthur at 10:00 a.m. MacArthur is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 10.6 runs per game this season. As for Clinton, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against St. Teresa at 4:30 p.m. Clinton is facing St. Teresa at the right time seeing as St. Teresa is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
