Volleyball Recap: Liberty Has No Trouble Against West Valley + How To Watch

Liberty barely beat West Valley the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Bison blew past the Mustangs 3-0 on Monday. The win continues a trend for the Bison in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now won three in a row.

The victory didn't come easy: West Valley scored at least 19 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-20, 25-19.

When it comes to explaining why West Valley lost, don't look at Deonys Ioane. Despite the final result, she had eight kills, eight digs, three aces, and one block. The team also got some help courtesy of Sheiann Rosales, who had 12 digs and six assists.

Liberty now has a winning record of 4-3. As for West Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Liberty will venture away from home to challenge Chaparral at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for West Valley, they will head out to square off against Yucaipa at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
