Tuscaloosa Home Educators put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Southern Academy Cougars. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Suzie Lear paced Tuscaloosa Home Educators' offense, picking up five kills. Lear got some help from Maggie Deason and her 15 assists. Layken Horton and McKenna Marsonek kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Tuscaloosa Home Educators' win bumped their record up to 7-0.

Tuscaloosa Home Educators wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Heritage Christian Academy on the 22nd. As for Southern Academy, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Wilcox Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Cougars are facing the Wildcats at the right time seeing as the Wildcats are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
