Soccer Game Preview: Tyee vs. Highline

Tyee is 0-8-2 against Highline since April of 2018 but things could change on Tuesday. The Titans will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against the Pirates at 7:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

On Thursday, Tyee didn't have quite enough to beat Interlake and fell 3-2.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, Highline was a bit more limited in their match on Saturday. They fell just short of Auburn by a score of 1-0.

Tyee now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Highline, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Tyee suffered a grim 7-0 defeat to Highline in their previous matchup back in April of 2025. Can the Titans avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
