Basketball Recap: Woodward Comes Up Short

On Saturday, the Woodward Boomers ended up a good deal behind the Harrah Panthers and lost 50-33. The Boomers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

It was another big night for Sayler Eaton, who went 7 for 13 en route to 18 points for Harrah. The team also got some help courtesy of Allison Price, who posted 13 points along with eight boards and three steals.

Woodward's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Harrah, their win bumped their record up to 15-3.

Woodward wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 63-44 loss against Alva on the 28th. Harrah has also already played their next matchup, a 73-31 victory against Mount St. Mary on the 28th.
