Baseball Recap: Rocky River Find Success

Rocky River took a seven-run defeat the last time they faced off against Garinger, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Ravens had just enough and edged out the Wildcats 7-6 on Thursday. This was a revenge game for the Ravens: when they faced off against the Wildcats on Tuesday, they had to take a 17-10 loss.

The team relied heavily on Breylin Barrios, who got on base in all five of his plate appearances with six stolen bases, two runs, and one double. Those six stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Jakobe Craig also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.
