West Valley has gone a perfect 10-0 against Central Valley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Eagles will venture away from home to face off against the Falcons at 4:30 p.m. West Valley is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.9 runs per game this season.

On Friday, West Valley didn't have quite enough to beat Lassen and fell 8-7.

Cadynce Gippner put in work while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched four innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off four hits. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than one walk in nine consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

In other batting news, Kylee Jaramillo made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with three runs, one double, and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Central Valley came up short against Lassen on Monday, falling 15-2. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

West Valley's loss dropped their record down to 13-8. As for Central Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-11.

Everything went West Valley's way against Central Valley in their previous meeting back in April, as West Valley made off with a 10-3 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
