Tombstone had a senior duo take command as Jmiah Wallis rushed for 194 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.1 yards per carry and Hunter Griesemer rushed for 120 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.5 yards per carry. The team also got some help courtesy of Jabari Thomas, who picked up 90 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Tombstone was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 336 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Globe only rushed for 53.

Tombstone's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged two passes before it was all said and done. The picks came courtesy of Hank Moody and Wallis.

Benson now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Tombstone, their victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-1.
