Baseball Recap: Glenn Comes Up Short

The Glenn Eagles came up short against the Pasadena Bulldogs on Wednesday and fell 5-2. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Glenn saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Raymond Acosta, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base.

Glenn's defeat dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Pasadena, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-12-1.

Glenn didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 8-6 loss against St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy on the 24th. As for Pasadena, they will challenge Glendale at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Bulldogs are facing the Nitros at the right time seeing as the Nitros are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
