Eagle Mountain waltzed into their contest on Friday with ten straight wins... but they left with 11. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Krum Bobcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-2, 25-15, 25-20.

Eagle Mountain's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Lexi Nichols led the charge by getting 17 digs and two assists. Nichols is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Eagle Mountain's victory bumped their record up to 25-11. As for Krum, their loss dropped their record down to 18-14-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Eagle Mountain is set to take on their familiar foe Burkburnett at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Krum will challenge rival Springtown at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
