Basketball Recap: Thursday's Win Is Raymore-Peculiar's Fifth in Last Six Outings

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Staley, Raymore-Peculiar was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They snuck past the Lee's Summit Tigers with a 50-46 victory. For the Panthers, this counts as revenge for the 52-44 win the Tigers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

Raymore-Peculiar has also been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 8-5 record this season. As for Lee's Summit, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.

Raymore-Peculiar will head out to take on Liberty North at 7:00 p.m. on January 23rd. As for Lee's Summit, they will be taking part in a tournament against Olathe West at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
