Soccer Game Preview: Community Baptist Christian vs. Granger Christian

The Community Baptist Christian Cougars will head out on the road to face off against the Granger Christian Knights at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Granger Christian took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Community Baptist Christian, who comes in off a win.

Community Baptist Christian will roll into the game after a wild two-game stretch: they didn't score any goals two weeks ago, then bounced right back against Oregon-Davis on Thursday. The Cougars' defense stepped up to hand the Bobcats a 5-0 shutout. Community Baptist Christian might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matchups by five goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Granger Christian's offense. They lost 8-0 to Culver Community back in August.

Community Baptist Christian's victory bumped their record up to 4-2-2. As for Granger Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
