Softball Recap: Peru Comes Up Short

Peru fell victim to Northwestern and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They fell just short of Northwestern by a score of 1-0. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, Peru's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Peru's defeat dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Northwestern, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-14.
