Softball Recap: Kittitas Comes Up Short

Kittitas's last matchup with West Valley could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's matchup on Thursday. The Coyotes came up short against the Rams, falling 10-1. The Coyotes just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Kittitas' loss dropped their record down to 10-5-1. As for West Valley, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season.

Kittitas will be playing in front of their home fans against Cle Elum-Roslyn at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for West Valley, they are taking a road trip to challenge Eisenhower at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rams' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Cadets have averaged an impressive 9.4 runs per game this season.
