Christian County had won two straight home games and Lazarie Daniel did her part to make it three on Monday. The Christian County Colonels were the clear victor by a 75-52 margin over the Caldwell County Tigers thanks in part to Daniel, who dropped a double-double with 24 points and ten rebounds. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 2.1 steals per game.

Another player making a difference was NeVaeh Day, who went 9-for-14 to rack up 19 points and six boards. What's more, she also posted a 64% shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's achieved since back in December of 2024.

Christian County has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a massive bump to their 16-9 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.1 points over those games. As for Caldwell County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-15.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Christian County will square off against Logan County at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Caldwell County, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Tigers duke it out with the Cardinals at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
