Math & Science College Preparatory proved they can win big last Wednesday (they won by three) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the West Adams Panthers 3-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 back in March.

Math & Science College Preparatory's record now sits at 11-3. As for West Adams, their loss dropped their record down to 8-6.

Coincidentally, Math & Science College Preparatory and West Adams will both be playing Diego Rivera the next time they take the court. The Sharks will host the Huskies at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, while the Panthers will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
