The North Daviess Cougars will head out on the road to face off against the Eastern Greene Thunderbirds at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. North Daviess took a loss when they played away from home last Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They blew past North Central, posting a 49-6 victory at home.

Coltyn McNabb had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 121 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 carries. Meanwhile, Eastern Greene lost to North Knox on the road by a 40-21 margin on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Thunderbirds in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now lost six in a row.

The win got North Daviess back to even at 1-1. As for Eastern Greene, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
