Cedarcrest put the finishing touches on their eighth blowout victory of the season on Friday. They put the hurt on the Arlington Eagles with a sharp 17-7 victory. The win was some much needed relief for Cedarcrest as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Cedarcrest's victory bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Arlington, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-9.
