Soccer Recap: Hauser Comes Up Short

Hauser came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the University Trailblazers, falling 5-0. While losing is never fun, Hauser can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana soccer rankings (they are ranked 243rd, while University are ranked 108th).

Hauser has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season. As for University, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Coming up, Hauser will take on Indianapolis Lutheran at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for University, they will square off against Providence Cristo Rey at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
