Recap: Perry Commodores vs. Lehman Catholic Cavaliers

The Perry Commodores entered their tilt with the Lehman Catholic Cavaliers with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Perry slipped by Lehman Catholic 27-26 on Tuesday. Despite the victory, that was the fewest points Perry has scored all year.

Perry got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Lexenna Lee out in front who scored nine points along with eight rebounds. Lee hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Khaliah Luster, who scored 13 points.

Perry has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. As for Lehman Catholic, they dropped their record down to 5-11 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Perry will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Cory-Rawson at 6:00 p.m. As for Lehman Catholic, they will head out on the road to face off against Riverside at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Riverside focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 11 last Saturday.
