Basketball Recap: Sedgwick Comes Up Short

Sedgwick played a tough contest on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against the Medicine Lodge Indians, falling 60-27. The Cardinals have struggled against the Indians recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Sedgwick's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Medicine Lodge, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3-2.

Sedgwick will take on Goessel at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Sedgwick is facing Goessel at the right time seeing as Goessel is stuck on an 11-game losing streak. As for Medicine Lodge, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Belle Plaine at 7:00 p.m. on February 7th.
