Softball Recap: Strafford Takes a Loss

Strafford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 12-11 heartbreaker at the hands of the Stockton Tigers. One positive for the Indians, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Strafford's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Stockton, their win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 1-1.

Strafford has already played their next matchup, an 8-4 victory against Forsyth on the 22nd. As for Stockton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 11-10 win against Strafford on the 22nd.
