Basketball Recap: Patterson Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It was a proper cat-fight when Patterson faced off against Kimball on Tuesday. The Tigers were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 64-63 to the Jaguars. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Jaguars apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

Tristen Debenedetti had an outrageously good game for Kimball as he posted 25 points and three steals. Debenedetti is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least three every time he's taken the court this season. Rehmat Mann was another key player, putting up nine points along with five boards and five steals.

Patterson dropped their record down to 1-1 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Kimball, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Patterson will challenge Livingston at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Tigers will need to watch out since the Wolves have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Kimball, they have already played their next matchup, a 77-46 loss against Monte Vista on the 26th.
